Guided tours

SUMMER TIMETABLE: Monday to Friday at 12:00 noon by appointment (maximum 15 people).

WINTER TIMETABLE: Monday to Saturday at 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. by appointment (maximum 15 people).

How to get to the Salzillo Museum

The Salzillo Museum, a museum space located in the city of Murcia, is dedicated exclusively to the works of the Murcian Baroque sculptor Francisco Salzillo. It is located in the central Plaza de San Agustín, next to the Church of Nuestro Padre Jesús, which forms part of the museum.

By bus

Nearby stops for lines C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, Rayo 12 and Rayo 14. Check timetables and frequencies.

Walking

The Salzillo Museum is a 10-minute walk from almost anywhere in the centre of Murcia.

By bike

The public bicycle service has two stations near the museum. Find the one closest to you.

By car

You can park in the SER Blue Zone (maximum stay 150 minutes), the Orange Zone (maximum stay 75 minutes) and the San Andrés parking. Check opening hours and streets.


Services

Lifts

The Salzillo Museum has two lifts, each with a capacity for eight people, providing direct access to both the first and second floors of the building.

W.C.

On the ground floor, behind the information desk, visitors will find ladies’ and gentlemen’s toilets, both adapted for people with reduced mobility. In addition, the ladies’ toilet has a baby changing table.

Shop

At the end of the visit, you can visit the Salzillo Museum Shop, where you will find a wide range of products related to the museum, Salzillo and the Brotherhood of Jesus.

Accessibility

In addition to lifts, the Museum has a ramp system to facilitate visits for people with reduced mobility from the beginning to the end of their visit.

Locker

To ensure you enjoy a peaceful visit, the Museum offers a cloakroom service where you can safely leave your bags or suitcases. Please ask at the information desk to use this service.

Card payment

In addition to accepting cash payments for tickets and products purchased at the Salzillo Museum Shop, credit card payments are accepted via physical POS terminals.
